Sugar Shack

Come spring, the Foundation tries to repay the sweetness and generosity shown by its members. The best way to do this is to regale them with an evening of gourmet delights at Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon, Montreal's elite Sugar Shack.

2012 Sugar Shack

The 2nd Sugar Shack evening, which took place on April 1st, 2012 at the renowned Cabane à Sucre Au Pied de Cochon, was a true success and an unforgettable evening. Considering the venue’s 2-year waiting list, it’s no surprise that tickets sold out in a matter of days!

When the first signs of spring begin to appear, the Governors and Friends of the Foundation look forward to seeing the snow melt, eagerly and anticipating the smell and taste of maple syrup! Martin Picard, reputable chef of Montreal's Au Pied de Cochon, tempted guests to indulge in traditional Sugar Shack style dishes with an original and innovative twist. The spirit of the night remained convivial and friendly in a relaxed and comfortable ambiance. The evening was a perfect combination of gastronomy and entertainment.
